How do I get started with Aloha Doc?

Complete our quick online eligibility check to enrol with Aloha Doc. During the consultation our Authorised Practitioners will assess your goals, treatment needs and support you in your medical journey with natural therapy. Our Doctors may request a GP summary or specialist letter if applicable. Eligibility for treatment / prescription is as per doctor's discretion. 

Am I eligible for alternative medicine?

To be eligible for treatment, you must:

  • Have a Pre-diagnosed chronic condition for at least 3+ months
  • Have tried other treatments for your condition and
  • Those treatments were not fully effective or caused unwanted side effects
How can I book an appointment?

Appointments can been made via patient portal. Patient portal is a unique platform linked to your profile and gives you access to various functionality such as appointments, orders, payments etc.

Can I get a medical certificates / Treatment letter?

Yes. This can be requested anytime. 

Treatment letter is included with the consult, however single day medical certificate will come at a small $10 administrative fee. 

How often am I required to consult ?

After initial consult, your first follow up is after 4 weeks. 

Thereafter follow up consultation can be every 3 months or as directed by your practitioner.

This ensures maintenance of high-quality patient care, patient safety, and symptom management in accordance with patients' individual treatment plans. 

My medical history has changed; how can I notify you?

Please inform us promptly of any alterations to your health status or any novel medications you are currently consuming. This could potentially impact the efficacy or safety of your treatment regimen. Upon logging in, you can retrieve your personal information and modify it directly through the web portal.
